MTG deck sourcing for overseas players

Send a decklist. Get one complete package from the US card market.

If your local stores are missing pieces or the deck is scattered across too many sellers, I can quote, source, verify, and ship the complete list for you.

Terms at a glance

These are the defaults used for quotes unless we agree otherwise.

Minimum order

Best fit is usually $150+ in cards before shipping. Smaller orders can be quoted, but shipping and sourcing time often make them inefficient.

Sourcing fee

Typical sourcing fee is 10-15% of card cost with a minimum fee, quoted before any purchase is made.

Deposit and refunds

The 10-25% deposit is applied to the final balance. It is refundable if I cannot source the deck reasonably, but normally not refundable after approved cards have been purchased.

Timeline

Most quotes are answered within 24-48 hours. Most packages ship after all sourced cards arrive and pass photo review, often 5-10 business days before international transit.

Payment

Payment method is confirmed in the quote. Stripe invoice or PayPal Goods & Services are preferred for a clean payment record.

Customs declaration

Packages are declared accurately. Import VAT, customs charges, and carrier handling fees remain the buyer's responsibility.

How this works

The goal is to remove the sourcing work while keeping payment, substitutions, and international shipping expectations clear.

Send the list

Share the decklist, destination country, budget, timeline, and how strict you are on sets, versions, language, and condition.

Approve the quote

If the list is practical, I send a quote and collect a 10-25% deposit before buying cards.

I source the cards

Cards are bought from US sellers according to the approved list. Missing cards, price spikes, and substitutions are confirmed before purchase.

Photo approval

Before final payment, I send photos of the full deck laid out so you can verify count, condition, and versions.

Final balance and ship

After photo approval and final payment, the deck is packed and shipped as one package.

What I can handle

  • Full 60-card decks, 75-card competitive lists, Commander decks, and upgrade packages
  • Standard, Pioneer, Modern, Pauper, Commander, and casual Magic decklists
  • Default is English, nonfoil, LP or better unless you request something else
  • Version matching for printings, promos, treatments, and budget substitutions
  • Tracked international shipping options when available
  • Clear quote before sourcing starts: cards, sourcing fee, deposit, shipping, and import-fee warning
  • Full-deck photo approval before the package ships

Before you pay

You get a quote first. It separates estimated card cost, sourcing fee, deposit, and shipping. The deposit is usually 10-25% of the estimated deck cost and is applied to the final balance.

Import VAT, customs charges, and carrier handling fees are not included unless explicitly stated, because those are assessed by the destination country or carrier.

Missing cards and set discrepancies

The quote should say how strict the decklist is. Exact versions, budget substitutions, and flexible printings are handled differently.

Cards I cannot find

If a card is unavailable at a sane price, I will flag it and offer options: wait, approve a substitute, remove it from the order, or cancel before more sourcing happens.

Set or version mismatches

If you require exact printings, I will not intentionally substitute without approval. If you allow flexibility, I will prioritize legal, same-language, same-condition-or-better copies unless you specify otherwise.

Price movement

If a card spikes after the quote, I will pause and ask before buying it. You can approve the new price, choose a replacement, or remove that card from the package.

Photo review issues

If the final photo shows a count, set, version, or condition issue, shipment pauses until the issue is fixed, refunded, or explicitly approved.

Good fit

  • You need most or all of a deck and local stock is split across too many retailers.
  • Your order is roughly $150 or more before international shipping.
  • You care more about getting the deck handled than saving the last few percent.
  • You want one person to verify printings, conditions, and substitutions.
  • Your deck value is high enough that international shipping does not overwhelm the order.

Not a good fit

  • You only need a few cheap singles.
  • The deck value is too low for international shipping and sourcing time to make sense.
  • You need guaranteed tournament delivery inside a few days.
  • You want customs, VAT, or carrier fees hidden inside the card price.
