A straightforward local sale

Know the process before handing over a card.

01

Share the collection

Send a few useful details, any inventory link you already have, and photos showing the binders, boxes, decks, or sealed products.

02

Review the estimate

You receive a preliminary range before arranging a handoff. The final offer follows an in-person condition and contents check.

03

Complete the sale

If the final offer works for you, choose the agreed local handoff and payment method. There is no obligation to accept.

Start with what you know

A useful first look does not require a perfect inventory.

Clear overview photos are enough to start. Existing card lists make the estimate more precise, but there is no need to catalog thousands of cards before reaching out.

  • A wide photo of the full collection
  • Close photos of binders and notable cards
  • Approximate card count and oldest sets
  • A Manabox, Moxfield, Archidekt, Delver Lens, or spreadsheet link if available
  • Your city or ZIP code and preferred timeline

Collections are evaluated for resale. A market-price total is not the same as a cash offer because condition, demand, selling costs, and time to sell all affect the final value.

Before you decide

Common collection questions.

The estimate is designed to establish whether a local sale makes sense before either side schedules an inspection.

Do I need to sort or catalog everything first?

No. A rough card count and clear photos are enough to begin. Existing inventory exports are helpful, but they are not required.

How is the offer calculated?

The estimate considers the exact printing, condition, current demand, realistic selling price, processing cost, and expected time to sell. Lower-value cards may be valued in groups or at a bulk rate.

Can you quote from photos?

Photos and lists can support a preliminary range. A final offer requires inspecting the actual cards because condition, edition, language, and finish can materially change value.

Do you buy collections outside Syracuse?

Nearby Central New York collections are considered case by case. Pickup distance depends on the collection size and the amount of inventory that appears suitable for resale.

What happens if I do not accept the final offer?

Nothing. You keep the collection. A preliminary estimate and inspection do not require you to sell.
