Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?

All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged. Your card will only be charged after the trial period ends.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens if I exceed my limits?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limits. If you exceed them, you'll need to upgrade to continue adding new items or listings. Your existing data is never deleted.

What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is never deleted when you downgrade. However, if you exceed the limits of your new plan, you won't be able to add new items until you're under the limit or upgrade again. We recommend exporting or removing excess items before downgrading.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All payments are securely processed and we never store your card details.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, absolutely. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your credit card details on our servers. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

How do I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method anytime from your Billing settings. Click 'Manage Billing' to access the Stripe Customer Portal where you can add, remove, or change your default payment method.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from the Billing settings page. Click 'Manage Billing' or use the cancel option in the danger zone. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

What are instant payouts?

Instant payouts let you receive your marketplace sales proceeds immediately instead of waiting for the standard payout schedule. This feature is available on Pro and Enterprise plans for a 1% fee on the payout amount.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within the first 30 days if you're not satisfied. After that, you can cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

We currently offer monthly billing only. Annual billing with discounts is on our roadmap. Contact us at support@tcginventory.com if you're interested in annual billing options.
